Locating Your Widget Scripts

This article will serve as an general overview for locating and generating your code snippets to copy and paste into your event platform. 

Getting Started

Once logged into your InGo Admin account, navigate to your event from the list on the Events Dashboard page or by searching by name through the Events page. There are two primary ways to reach the Install Widgets page, which contains your widget's code snippet.

Method #1: The Deploy Group Menu

Scroll down to the Groups section of the page, where you will see a list of the different types of users who will be attending your event.  If the Group status is Deploy Group, you can click on that button to open up a pop-up menu.

On this menu, select the Install Widgets option.

Method #2: The Additional Options Menu

If a Group has already been activated, you may instead click on the ellipsis icon on the right-hand side of the screen, and the Install Widgets option will appear here.

Choosing Your Widget Script

The Install Widgets page will provide multiple options for you to generate InGo code based on your needs. We offer generic versions of our scripts, which can be used across most platforms, and then unique scripts that are tailored for specific platforms.

When you first arrive on this page, a pop-up will appear prompting you to select your provider. If you do not see your registration platform on the dropdown list, please select Generic Script-Only as a starting point.
