InGo's Incentives program allows some events to add an extra layer of gamification to sharing with InGo by providing a financial incentive to your participants to post more in the form of a gift card or charitable donation. Sometimes, however, this tool may not be the right fit for your organizations and/or event and will need to be disabled. Turning this on and off is pretty quick and easy.

Toggle Incentives On or Off
While on your event page click on the Add Incentives button in the top-right of your page. If Incentives are already activated, this button will instead say Edit Incentives.
Not all events are eligible for Incentives. Please contact your InGo Account Manager to confirm if Incentives are available for one or more of your InGo events.
Once clicked, this will open a pop-up on the screen with some basic configuration options and information about the Incentives feature.
In the top-right of this pop-up we'll find the toggle button to enable or disable Incentives. Once this has been clicked, click on the Done button at the bottom to save your changes.
And that's it! Incentives have now been turned on or off for your InGo event!
