Navigating through InGo Admin

Overview and Guide

InGo Admin is the hub for growing your events with InGo. From there, you can set up new events, filter and analyze existing ones, and more. There are three different venues:

  • Events Dashboard
  • Events
  • Account Reports

1. Events Dashboard

By default, when you log in, you will land on the Events Dashboard, which provides a quick and high-level overview of your events.

For each event, you’ll see key performance metrics such as:

  • Participants

  • Advocates

  • Clicks

  • Value

  • Event Date

Let's dive into specific pieces of this venue:

Community

A Community is your event container where you can create and manage multiple events.

and that way get a desired set of events in overview.

2. Events Section

The Events tab in the left navigation bar, provides you with easy access to all events.

Over there, you can quickly locate a particular event, using the name or ID search through the 'Filter' field available in the top-right corner of the events table.

3. Account Reports

This venue provides a wrapped-up account report including performance results for all or a specific set of events.

The account report can be downloaded as a CSV file, through the 'Download CSV' button available in the header section of the table.

This report can be filtered out by event dates and names as well as performance metrics, using the matching fields available in the table

4. Contact Support
