Community update emails help retain and convert your audience.
Community updates are InGo generated emails to show users who else from their network is engaging with an experience with them (conversion) and who from their network is attending a future experience they have not yet signed-up for (retention).

InGo, thus, offers two types of Community Emails for any InGo-powered experience. Below, you can read more about the purpose, audience, and frequency of the emails, and can also see a screenshot of what they look like.
Conversion Emails
- Purpose: To show your community who else from their network is engaging with your experience (event, content, etc.), to create FOMO, and in turn ensure that your community attends your event, reads your content, etc.
- Audience: This email goes out to your community that registered/sign-up to your experience
- Frequency: You can customize the frequency of your emails. To see how to do this, click here.

Retention Emails
- Purpose: To show your community who from their network is attending a future experience they have not yet signed-up for
- Audience: This email is sent to past registrants
